Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the best Tuscan olives.

In our oil mill we produce different types of Tuscan extra virgin olive oil, from the blend to the monovarietal, to finish with the aromatic extra virgin olive oils. The olives used are all organic and come from the olive groves of the hills surrounding the mill. This, together with the modern technology used, allows us to extract the extravirgin olive oil in the shortest possible time. All our attention is aimed at obtaining the highest quality and therefore an ever better product. The high quality of our oils, in addition to offering excellent organoleptic characteristics, makes them a healthy complement to our diet, because it guarantees the presence of polyphenols, natural antioxidants.

Olio EVO Blend Organic

Organic extra virgin olive oil blend - this oil is produced with olives of different varieties, in varying proportions: Frantoio, Leccio del Corno, Morellino, Maremmano and Piangentino. It is characterized by a good olfactory complexity, with strong vegetal scents, with a balanced bitter and spicy finish, which rightly makes it an excellent representative of the traditional Tuscan oil.

Olio EVO Frantoio Organic

Characterized by a strong, medium-fruity, bitter and spicy flavor, with a hint of fresh almond and light sensations of grass / leaf and artichoke.

Olio EVO Leccio del Corno Organic

Characterized by a medium intensity flavor, medium fruity, bitter, spicy, with prevailing hints of grass / leaf and artichoke, accompanied by light sensations of fresh almond and tomato.

With a lighter intensity flavor, medium fruity, slightly bitter and spicy, characterized by the prevailing scent of fresh almond and light sensations of grass / leaf and artichoke.

Olio EVO Lemon Organic

Obtained by pressing our olives with the peels of organic lemons. This oil, delicate but intense at the same time, allows you to have all the scent and flavor of lemon without the acidity of the fruit, it is excellent as a condiment for steamed vegetables and fish.

 

Olio EVO Basil Organic

Obtained by pressing our olives with organic basil leaves. Perfect on bruschetta or pasta with fresh cherry tomatoes, on pizza or caprese, but above all to savor a little of summer even in the coldest months of the year.

Olio EVO Chili Organic

Obtained by pressing our olives with a selection of organic chillies. The selection of chillies was carried out with care and dedication by brother and sister millers during years of tastings, which resulted in an oil that maintains the flavor of the chilli pepper as well as its spiciness. Certain rumors claim that inside the mill even the air becomes spicy during the extraction of this oil!
